When my Husband & I first moved into our Home, we were excited to have a patio. Our quaint fenced-in city lot was something we wanted to enjoy. We imagined cooking out for dinner on the grill, hosting BBQs, gardening, etc. Having a frugal mind-set, we went on a scavenger hunt for outdoor furniture so that we could make our small backyard dreams come true. We were fortunate enough to have a picnic table given to us by my Grandparents. Many a nights were spent with the more than 25 year old picnic table…from Card Playing to Corn Husking and Garden Prepping to BBQ eating. The trusty old picnic table has served it’s purpose! No matter how many times we sand it, paint it, stain it, repair it… I’m afraid it has seen it’s days. I set out on Pinterest to find someway to salvage our Picnic Table, I needed some PINspiration! Pinterest did not disappoint! There were a variety of PINS showing creative and useful ways to re-purpose a picnic table. Here is the PIN that I am considering to cherish our lovely picnic table…
